1:1 Personal Training

I work in a holistic and open way, pulling on many approaches to help you enjoy moving your body whilst also getting stronger, fitter and building a body that you can live well in. No burpees, no horrible circuits.
I work with how and who you are on the day - meaning sleep, stress, hormones, capacity - all play a role in what we do. There is no one size fits all.

I work with women who are sick of the years of diets, joint aches, pains, starting-stopping, shame-guilt cycle and who are finally ready to embrace their body, what it needs and what actually works.
I have lots of experience working with women who are neurodiverse, peri-menopausal, menopausal, hyper- mobile, EDS, chronic back/knee/hip/shoulder injuries and pains and chronic illnesses such as ME/CFS, long-covid, burnout and all the bits in-between. You are never too ‘far gone’ to start.

Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes.

Group Sessions

Mondays 5:45pm, weekly. A group strength training class for women with some experience of weight training. We rotate through a series of exercises, increasing the intensity weekly and focus on laughing and having a fun maybe a bit too much..
But! The results speak for themselves. All you need to do is turn up - the rest is taken care of. Oh, and don’t worry - I have a no burpee policy.

Women interested in strength training and who have some prior experience of form/technique. If you have no experience but would like to join, please contact me to book a 1:1 and I can prepare you for the group sessions.

1:1 Online Personal Training

Like having a PT in your pocket. Except this one doesn’t shout at you, or make you do things you hate. Do it in your own time and own space. Either at home, in a gym, on an airplane or who knows where!
Receive a programme weekly, adjusted to your needs, capacity, goals, pains, existential issues and with unlimited support, contact and accountability.

You can either pay monthly (cancel at any time), or pay upfront in blocks of 3, 6 or 12 months.

Yes! You don’t need any prior experience, understanding or fitness level. Whether you have ongoing pain, an injury, a lifetime of not quite being able to do it - it doesn’t matter. It’s never too late, and you’ve never gone too far. I’ll show and teach you everything you need to know - based purely on your starting point, not somebody else’s.

I have extensive experience of working with clients with a range of needs. Ranging from hypermobility, EDS, long-term chronic illness, neurodivergence; ADHD, Autism, dyspraxia, menopause, perimenopause, endometriosis, PCOS, back injuries, long term chronic pain and all the bits in-between. I work very holistically and work with you as an individual and where you are right now, not how you think you should be.
