My group sessions are designed for ADHD women who want to understand their brains, connect with others who get it, and leave with tools they’ll actually use.
We don’t do boring PowerPoints, or having to sit still, or listen to someone ramble on for 28 minutes. And none of the ‘who are you and where are you from’. Stay silent if you want. Share if you want. You be you.
We do lightbulb moments, honest conversations, and doable actions. And lots of laughter.
