TRAINING & EDUCATION

What do I offer?

Most training still treats ADHD like a behavioural issue or productivity problem. That’s if you’ve even HAD the training, beyond ‘ADHD means people are distracted’. I’m here to fix that.

Whether you’re a therapist, teacher, coach or business leader, I’ll help you understand what ADHD actually looks like — how to build environments that don’t burn people out, how to communicate effectively and how to get the best out of the people who have their lives and trust in your hands.

Workshops

  • We’ll start with short call to understand what your team actually needs — not a generic “one size fits all” session. I’ll ask about the challenges you’re seeing, the outcomes you want, and the people attending.

I’ll then build a workshop tailored to your group, you choose the format (see below) and I’ll deliver it as expected. Afterwards, you’ll get a clear summary of key points, practical takeaways and follow up support via email if and when needed.

  • Workplaces, schools and colleges, organisations, people who want to do better but have no idea where to start.

  • In-person or online. One-off session or a series. 60 minutes, half-day, or full-day. I make the structure work around your schedule and the attention span of the room.

  • Pricing starts from £250/session. Contact me to get a custom quote.

Bespoke consultations

  • We start with a quick chat so I can understand your practice, your clients, and what you need support with.

You’re welcome to share anonymised case notes or specific challenges; I’ll review these before we meet. Our consultation is focused, practical, and completely tailored to you. I’ll walk you through simple, ADHD-informed strategies you can use straight away. You’ll leave with clear recommendations, increased confidence, and the option to book further support if you want it.
