Unmasked Walks
-
A monthly meet-up in nature to connect with yourself, like minded others and have a space to exist as you are. Come with words, no words or a mix of both.
This includes tea, cake, a guided meditation and an hours walk. There is time to talk, to be silent or both or just the one. Afterwards there is also an optional cold-water swim!
-
For women who suspect or have been diagnosed with ADHD, or another neurodivergence, and who want a safe space to share, exist and ground themselves in what’s real.
-
The whole experience is roughly 2 hours. There’s no pressure or expectation to make small-talk, this is just simply a place for you to exist and let go. Come as you are, not as how you think you should be. You can leave at any time, no questions asked.
-
It’s £10 to join.
Frequently Asked Questions:

Coaching has the goal of joining the two roads of acceptance and action. Through working together we’ll work on and through areas (behaviours, circumstances, thoughts, feelings) that you find challenging and where you often feel stuck. I’ll help you develop clarity and strategies to help overcome all the ways that your ADHD gets in the way of what’s important to you. This is totally tailored and individual to you. The practical bits of life - we will make them easier
But the other side.. acceptance. Often living with ADHD (especially if it has gone undiagnosed for a long time), you’ll likely have developed many creative and sometimes harmful habits and coping mechanisms.. A big piece of the journey that leads to freedom is through acceptance of your needs & how you are. This constant trying to ‘fix’ yourself, self-help your way out of how your brain is wired, constantly fighting against how your nervous system works and forcing yourself to both ignore and burnout from your needs, is exhausting. Learning the reality of how you are, what you can change, what you can’t, and the wisdom and clarity to know the difference.
Coaching is the artful dance of combining both action and acceptance; neither work without the other. There are times when you need to accept and surrender to how you are, and there are times where strategies and tools have a place too.
-
Coaching focuses more directly on how you want to be, rather than how you don’t want to be. It puts you in the position of empowerment and helps identify all the obstacles that are in the way, whilst laying out the solutions to overcoming them. Whilst coaching is solution-oriented and more action based, it also allows and holds tremendous space for big emotions, challenging thoughts, feelings and times of immense struggle.

An idea I had through working with many women with ADHD, who all felt they were lacking in a strong social network - people who understood. The kind of people where you don’t have to put on your best face and need 3 days recovery time afterwards.
The Unmasked Walks are exactly as they sound: a walk, with yourself and others, as you are. No pretending, overdoing or being anything other than that. Just a safe space to be held by nature with no effort needed.
