I started having PT sessions with Mia just over 10 weeks ago. Mia made me feel completely at ease. She is so encouraging and I never feel judged. I have tried joining gyms in the past or followed online videos but would always end up giving up.
Now, I genuinely look forward to my sessions with Mia and have increased our sessions to two a week! I used to suffer with back pain just cleaning the house, now I feel so much stronger. If you are considering a PT, I would highly recommend Mia!

Mia absolutely changed my view on exercise and why i did it! I started with wanting to lose fat and gain muscle like any woman does.. but what she did as well as help me achieve this is actually educated me on lifting, how to and what to do! I trained continuously with Mia for over a year and i cannot recommend her enough! Mia has helped me a great deal... I've always been a person who hates gyms and deadly with low self esteem. Mia always listens to what you need and will plan around that.
